Okan (African Satinwood)

Appearance: Heartwood is golden yellow to orangish brown, darkening with age. Sapwood is clearly demarcated. Irregular, closely interlocking grain.

Principal Uses:
Heavy construction, industrial flooring blocks, harbor work, bridging sleepers.
