Definition: The finish coating will not wear through to the wood below for the duration of the time listed above. This does not mean that in high traffic areas that the shine may lessen. Care and maintenance instructions must be followed to maintain the floor finish warranty.

Structural Lifetime Limited Warranty:
Warranty through the lifetime of the floor if maintained in the conditions outlined below:

• Relative humidity needs to be between 35-65% humidity for the lifetime of the floor.
• Flooring is not exposed to extreme dryness, moisture or flooding.

Humidity below 35% or above 65% for an extended period of time may result in gapping, warping or cupping of the flooring.
